What comes to your mind when you hear leadership? When we discuss leadership, our minds often drift to images of powerful and renowned figures who have left a mark in history. These examples certainly illustrate the grandeur often associated with the concept of leadership, and certainly to have accomplished such great feats, but this is not the leadership I am talking about.
