Format: Classroom-style setup with multiple participants. Participants may include well-known and successful individuals from diverse backgrounds such as teachers, coaches, artists (including singers, musicians, entertainers), writers, and more.

Meditation Practices
Throughout the course, each session will feature guided meditations encompassing a variety of types, including short, long, morning, evening, and emotion-specific practices.

Participants will engage in diverse techniques aimed at fostering a consistent meditation routine. This exploration seeks to cultivate inner peace, tranquility, and emotional balance.

Additionally, some meditations will be taught by guest speakers and will be incorporated according to the themes they will be discussing and what they are known for.

The objective is for students to discover and integrate meditation practices that resonate most with their personal preferences and situational needs.

Lesson: We will explore Biology, Quantum Physics, Energy, and Consciousness. We will discuss how we make sense of the world through these disciplines, considering the influence of our past experiences, our current actions, and their impact on our future.
